The maritime industry needs its own TCAS- Now / SafeNav in Blue C News

The recent collision off Grimsby is yet another reminder that human error remains the leading cause of maritime accidents. While aviation eliminated mid-air collisions with TCAS, shipping still lacks a decision-support system that provides real-time, actionable guidance to navigators.

๐Ÿ“ฃ โ€œThe problem is not the lack of data and target classification โ€“ it's the absence of a system that integrates all this information into a single, unified decision-making platform,โ€ says SafeNav CEO Capt. Jorgen Grindevoll.

โ€œThis is not about replacing crews โ€“ itโ€™s about giving navigators the tools they need to make better, faster decisions,โ€ Grindevoll adds.
